Why is water coming out of my overflow tube?
Even if the valve is not visibly open (yellow handle straight up) excess pressure can still result in water coming out of the valve. If the valve is indeed closed (yellow handle down), and your other valves are in the correct position, and you have properly used a pressure regulator at the inlet, than the valve may be faulty.
