Why is my ekectric shower only getting warm?
The only other suggestion is a poor water supply pressure most have a cut off in the event of insufficiant water flow. He said even with the shower turned to the hottest setting it’s still only warm. Click to expand… Ok, so the shower is working, but not getting as hot as you/dad would like.

Why is my Gainsborough shower only producing lukewarm water?

Is it luke warm or nice and hot? If its also only warm – likely to be an issue with boiler (heat exchanger or other), but if the tap water is still nice and hot – it could be the thermostatic mixer as described above. The cold water coming into your house is much colder at this time of year.
