One negative is that it uses about 8 Watts on standby, and it can’t be used during a power outage, even though it’s a gas heater. Rinnai Avenger 25 is vaste overkill, get a smaller and cheaper unit. Sitting in front of my Rinnai and its on low and its cosy warm in half of a 120 sq m space. Crank it up and it will easily heat the whole house.
