Why does my water dispenser freeze up?
The freezing could be caused by a loss of freon, a bad thermostat, to cold of ambient temperature and may simply need to adjust the thermostat.
Why is there not enough water in my slush machine?
If your machine is frozen on the outside of the tank, the slush ratio may not have enough water. To rectify this, switch off your slush machine and let the slush defrost, remove the mixture from the tank and refill with a slush mixture with a ratio of 6:1.
Why is there no water from my water dispenser?
You may also have a clogged water filter. This filter is either built into your refrigerator or it is “inline” of the water line behind your refrigerator. A clogged water filter will cause no water at all or very slow water dripping from the dispenser. Change the water filter and this will most likely solve your issue.

If there is a leak, then obviously this needs to be repaired as the water pressure will be lower. Once the repair has been done, then you should see an increase in the water supply.

If it does, this means that the cool water reservoir is not frozen and chances are that the line that runs up the freezer door is frozen. If water does not come out, locate the reservoir inside the refrigerator (often located behind the vegetable crispers), to see if it’s frozen.

Dump the first glass of water and try again. Refrigerator is not connected to a cold water supply line. Make sure it has not been hooked up to the hot water line instead. Make sure “water” or “ice” has been selected. Also make sure the water supply is properly connected to a cold water supply and the water shutoff valve is fully opened.
Why is my ice maker not filling with water?
Check the feeler arm or paddle to make sure it can move freely. Ice blocking its movement will signal to the icemaker to pause making ice. Make sure the water supply is turned on to the refrigerator. This valve is usually found under the sink or in the basement.
