Why does my tub drain sound like water running?
If toilet is flushed 10-20 times without pouring more water into tub drain, the trap loses its water, and we get septic small…..everything seems to drain just fine, and septic tank was recently pumped and reported as functioning well….causes ? suggestions ? On 2020-02-06 – by (mod) – sounds like water running in my bathtub drain.

What does the kitchen sink drain sound like?
My kitchen sink drain seems connected to the laundry drain.. when dishwasher, kitchen sink or laundry is in use it sounds like glug glug while draining.. sound changes after use.. It seems like air is coming out from laundry drain every 5 seconds.
Why do I hear a gurgling sound in my Kitchen Sink?
I live on 2nd floor of a three story condo building. When the 3rd floor runs their washing machine, which is in the kitchen where dishwasher used to be, I hear a gurgling sound in my kitchen sink when apparently the wash machine drains. There is no sound when they just use the water in the sink.

What to do if your sewage line makes a loud noise?
Waste lines from sewage ejectors and sump pumps include a check valve to stop wastewater from flowing back into the basin. When these valves shut, they can make a thud loud enough to be heard throughout the house. To quiet them, replace the old check valve with a “silent” check valve.
