Why does my boiler suddenly lose pressure?
Your combi boiler can be losing pressure for a number of reasons. Pressure loss may be caused from a leak in the pressure relief valve, an issue in the expansion vessel, air in your system, or a leak in the heating pipework itself.
Is the Baxi Combi instant 105E pressure too high?
Unfortunately it has now gone to above three, which is far too high, after bleeding several saucepans full of water out the radiators, and using the overflow pressure valve to let water escape that way, I am still finding the pressure will only drop just under three. I can’t believe I put that much water in the system?

What should I do if my Baxi pressure is too high?
Make sure the filling loop tap is shut. Continue bleeding water out of the rads. Don’t touch the PRV – it’ll come back to haunt you. The pressure will eventually drop. Baxi 105e? I have a Baxi 105e boiler, it has started to heat the radiators when the hot water tap is run.
