Are there any problems with the Baxi 105E pump?
The PCB was replaced with a ‘good used’ one, though i do realise how dodgy that can be in terms of fault-finding. There are no leaks and when it is working it produces good heat around all rads, and very hot water with no faulty heating of the rads when on the ‘Water Only’ summer setting, a problem i had before the diverter was changed.

Where is the pressure guage on a Baxi 105?
Flat expansion vessel would show on the pressure guage. P.S. Turn the heating off, turn on a hot tap then feel the flow pipe (22mm copper on the left hand side of the boiler). Id say main heat ex is blocked if its doing that on both CH and HW.
