Who fixes a power shower?
Replacing an electric shower still requires plumbing and electrical experience, as your new shower may have higher wattage. Rather than attempting to tackle the job yourself, you should always call in a qualified plumber who will ensure your electric shower is replaced safely.
Do you need an electrician to replace an electric shower?
If you’re installing a new electric shower from scratch, you’ll need to get it installed by a Part P-certified plumber or electrician, who’ll be able to install, upgrade or check the wiring to ensure that the shower works safely.

When to replace a hand held shower hose?
Sometimes though in transport of the one unit barrier free showers, the valves can come loose and just need to be tightened or your “O” ring may need to be replaced. You can see in this Youtube Video how to fix and replace the “O” ring. I only want to replace the o ring where the hand-held shower meets the hose.
