Where can I find a sinkguard garbage disposal?
Garbage disposals are part of the kitchen sink drain pipes. Up-to-date pricing and reviews for sinkguard garbage disposals on the market can be found at the Garbage Disposal Adviser website. For home solution, food waste disposers from Waste King have both the 3-bolt and EZ mount version while casing motors from ⅓ HP to 1 HP of strength.
Where is the overload Protector on a sinkguard garbage disposal?
Thankfully, installing a Sinkguard disposal is a relatively straightforward job. When either occurs, the ability of the disposal to break down food suffers, thereby increasing the risk of a clogged drain pipe. The overload protector is located under the sink, on the bottom of the garbage disposal, facing the floor.
What should I do if my garbage disposal jams?
It is a small square red button. If the overload protector has tripped, you will see the red button dropped down about a quarter of an inch (5mm). Gently press the red button. If it does not stay up, wait ten minutes and try again. Turn on the water, then the garbage disposer. The disposer should now run. If it jams again, use the wrench again.

What to do if your garbage disposal is jammed?
Insert a hex key (also called an Allen wrench) into the blade access hole at the bottom of the garbage disposal. Turn the hex key back and forth to rotate the blades until you feel the clog break up and the blades move more freely. If the disposal is still jammed, try rotating the impeller. Turn off the disposal and unplug the unit.
Why does my sinkguard se250 not work?
It is jammed and it looks like one of the two “spinners” is bent/twisted, probably due to something medal having been dropped in unknowingly. It will not operate, but justs hums due to the jam. I note in an old answer by you to use an allen wrench to manually turn the unit to free it up, but I am concerned about the bent spinner.
