When do you need to replace a Kohler pressure assist toilet?
The only time there is pressure in the tank is when the water is on and the toilet is not flushing. If you turn off the water supply and flush the toilet, there is no more pressure. The only coverage Kohler is giving on “their” older version of the pressure assist toilet is the $125 replacement tank upgrading to the Sloan Flushmate.
Is there part number for Kohler 81100 toilet?
One thing for sure,there are definitely NO parts available for this and there never will be,and I am sure Kohler will tell any caller that. The Kohler Part number for a new tank for the 2 Pc. toilets using the k-81100 is Kohler Part number 1052387.
Is the pressure clean flushometer on my Kohler toilet working?
My Kohler toilet with model #81100 “Pressure Clean Flushometer” stopped working yesterday – I get very little pressure out of a flush. I read up on this model – apparently it was made for 1 year, no replacement parts available anymore. Oh yeah – it also has a history of exploding. I guess I’m lucky that it’s worked for me this long (9 years).
