I work at Quicken Loans and I can say that this is a great place to work.
Here is a brief answer to your question:
Are salaries generally good? I think the salary is very good. I believe that Quicken loans pay good wages and reward hard work. I have never heard anyone do a good job, work hard, give their best and get a good salary. All employees, not just managers (which happens in many companies), receive an annual bonus. I am very happy with my senior year and look forward to this year (August).
Does it offer benefits? Quicken Loan offers all the benefits of good medical, dental, 401 (k), sick leave and other disadvantages. And they just increased tuition reimbursement to 10,000 a year. I even thought of going back to school. Other benefits include day care reimbursement, the ability to work with me (depending on your job and how long you have been with the company), online reimbursement and even reimbursement, gym membership.
Commission based? Mortgage bankers take care of the foundation in part. Other employees do not. Mortgage bankers receive a basic salary of Rs 25,000 and commission on the basis of closed loans. The average salary of a banker in the first year is 55,000 and increases thereafter.
And there are other benefits that really set Quicken Loans apart. There is a bus called the Cue Express that regularly takes employees from Detroit to Cleveland to play basketball. I recently participated in Game 3 of the Detroit-Cleveland Conference Finals with Q Express. We (each of us with permission to bring guests) were taken by bus from Detroit to Cleveland, were given lower-level tickets, free dinner at the Cue Arena, and even the Cavaliers merchandise store. A کارڈ 50 gift card was also given. It was a wonderful evening and I know Quicken Loans manages it that way.
