Paint SP Pro Removal Tool Not Working? 3

Do I need to change any settings to resolve this issue?

My background cleaner tool works fine, but nothing happens when I try to use a regular cleaner.

Removes nothing, backgrounds, brushes, pictures, everything.

Help me, it's really frustrating!

I have never changed a setting or anything so I'm not sure why it wasn't removed.

I also restarted the Paint SP Pro (for X2 by the way) a few times and it didn't fix the problem.

update

I know how to use it, I've used it many times.

For some reason he stopped working.

I chose the right layer when I deleted it, but I haven't deleted it yet.

It is common for brush-based tools to sometimes get out of hand. This happens in all PTO machining programs. That said, there is a way to rearrange all the tools in all programs. Click Background Cleaner. On the left side of the options bar, click the Preferences button. To its right are three symbols. Click on the circle icon with the arrow moving to the left. It is worth restarting. You can find it in many PSP dialogs.

If resetting the device does not work, turn off PSP. wait a moment. Press the Shift key and start the program. Hold down the Shift key until a popup window prompts you to recreate some files, release the shift key and click OK / Yes. Do something else for a minute or two because it will take longer to open during the program.

If neither of these methods clears the background cleanup problem, you'll need to uninstall / reinstall your PSP ... but usually both will work.
