Is there hot or cold water in Rinnai Infinity 32?
They can be reached on 1300 555 545 (option 3). This hotel has a Rinnai 32 & occasionally there is no water (hot or cold) coming out of the hot taps anywhere in the hotel & the cold water pressure is ok. At one time it happened at 8 am & then an hour later the water was hot & plenty of pressure.

The Rinnai 32 is capable of delivering 32 litres of water per minute when connected to a controller which is set on 40o C, ½” copper tube has a maximum delivery capability of 17 litres per minute. When the pipes are too small, when a second tap is turned on the water flow changes and the hot water can go cold.
Can you cut the flame out of a Rinnai Infinity?
There is a minimum flow though that the flames can be cut back to. As the units require the water flowing through the unit to keep the unit cool, if they are not able to reduce the flame height any more and the unit is getting hot (due to low amount of water flowing through) they will cut the flame out.
What should I do if my Rinnai controller is not working?
If a controller is fitted check that it is on also) Check gas supply (Turn gas stove top on then turn hot water tap on. If flame drops on stove this shows it is possibly a gas supply issue) Is there enough water flowing? (Try opening tap further or turn another tap on as well) Are there any error codes displayed on controllers?
