Most men still dress conservatively, but many seem to realize that conservative invariably also means uninspired. Men around the world have started looking for ways to express their identity more accurately and openly, and that means thinking outside the box.
Is it weird to want to wear a dress as a boy?
Considering that 99.9% of boys dont have any desire to wear a dress then yes it is weird when compared to the rest of the male population. That said, there is the 0.1% who feel the need to satisfy their urges, even if it means high heels and ladies underwear.

The funny thing is, men in other cultures wear clothing that could be called a dress. Look at some of the middle eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia. And there’s always the Kilt in Scotland! But I don’t think you’ll ever see a straight guy wearing that stuff in western society (aside from the kilt of course).

Again if it were made to look masculine YES! But it needs to be socially acceptable in order for us guys to wear a skirt or dress in public, and the only way this is going to happen is if 60% or more men are willing to wear this type of clothing.
