British Gas have always provided good service to this house hold , but need to watch the increasing cost of services , and maybe reduce them . My combi boiler broke down, needed new diverter and was leaking. Was told by another company I would need a new boiler costing over £2000.

Numerous fruitless phone calls, sometimes automated and cut off, sometimes get to speak to a human with a desire to help but it results in no action. Apparently their emergency calls can always be any time until 10pm (I was told this today after many promises of a visit before 6pm).
