Locate the folder you want to lock and right click on the folder icon. In the context menu, click Properties. Select the General tab and click the Advanced button in the lower right corner of the window. Check the "Encrypt content to protect data" box.
How to put a password on a folder?
Create a password and click on "Select". Enter the password you want to set for your folder in the "Password" field and enter it again in the "Confirm" field to confirm. Then click the "Select" button to set a password.
