We bought one of these heaters three years ago and installed it on the marble in front of out worthless gas log fireplace in the greatroom. This is the best money I have spent in a long while. We have very high ceilings in this room.
Is the charmglow blower still works like a charm?

There are problems with the blower, it is very noisy. Replacements are hard to find and it has been said that they too are noisy right out of the box. Why does my charmglow light heater get cold?
This makes it first, cold, when in the middle of the night or earlier my wife or I have to reignite it using matches, then scarey because of the potential gas leakage. (The ‘Piezo ignition system’ as stated in the manual ‘requires no matches to light heater’.) No matter, I’m calling a service tech to check it out. I want to wake up the next day.
