Turning the shut- off handle in a counter-clockwise direction opens the water flow. Turning the tem- perature handle in a counter-clockwise direction sets the temperature from cold to hot. This product is supplied with connectors to fit ø 15mm pipework. Connection should be hot left, cold right as viewed from the operating position.
What to do if your Grohe thermostat mixer is not working?
If that isn’t the problem, then you need to check for proper flow. If your valve is equipped with service stops, turn them off and remove the thermostatic cartridge. Then open the cold (right) service stop and see if the cold water comes into the opening for the thermostatic element with any gusto.
