This is the one that has two seats at each end. I need a cable to pull and load.

If you are close to the airport, if you can use the original as a model, then maybe there is a small airline that can take advantage of your ability to make cables.

In my experience in the aviation industry, there are still many aircraft that use cables to control levels (for example, the MDonnellDouglas DC9 and some older Boeing 737s).
