If you are having problems with your VT2500 toilet system and would like to fix it for good we have the answer. We do modification plumbing a vacuum generator into the system between the toilet and docking station. By doing this your cassette is no longer a vacuum tank but a holding tank.

I replaced all the O rings, cassette cap and the big seal under the seat. In the end it just wouldn’t pump up the vacuum the vacuum pump wouldn’t stop. After ringing Dometic and finding out they stopped supplying these about 2 years ago and no other replacement loo to be had scary.

Problem is, with a simple kill switch its too easy to forget to turn it off after turning it on to establish vacuum. Something cleverer was needed. The result: a circuit that is activated by a two-way switch, centre off. One way (latched down) turns the VT2500 on and keeps it on.
